Security

Automod, filters, link guard, antinuke, antiraid, backups and incident review.

Security is the largest category in the bot, and the one where a wrong default costs you a server. It is built in layers: automod and filters catch messages, link guard catches domains, antiraid catches join waves, and antinuke catches a compromised admin deleting channels or roles.

Because antinuke acts on the person doing the damage, the order matters. Whitelist the staff you trust, confirm your own account is exempt, take a backup, and only then turn it on.

Start here

;automodSpam, invite, caps, mention and link rules per channel.
;filterYour own banned words and phrases, with exemptions.
;antinukeThresholds and punishment for destructive admin actions.
;backupA snapshot of channels, roles and permissions.
;securityscoreWhich protections are actually on, and what is missing.

Worth knowing

The server owner and the bot's owners always bypass antinuke. Everyone else, including administrators, does not unless they are whitelisted.
antiraid and joingate handle people rather than permissions: join rate, account age, default avatars and verification. Turn one on before a raid, not during it.
panic and lockdown are the switches you use in the moment. Both are designed to be undone with a single command once the situation is over.
