Levels

Message and voice experience, rank cards and roles earned by level.

Experience is earned by talking and by sitting in voice. Levels stores both, separates the two leaderboards, and turns thresholds into roles if you ask it to. Nothing is awarded until rewards are configured, so a fresh server has levels but no perks.

Rank cards are generated as images and cached, so a popular channel asking for ;rank every message costs the bot images rather than database reads.

Worth knowing

No-XP channels and roles exist for the places where chatting should not count, such as staff channels and counting games.
Rewards are handed out once per threshold. Removing a role from the reward table does not remove it from members who already earned it.
Level-up announcements go wherever ;levels points them. Left unset they go to the channel the member levelled in.
